Oomphalos launch party in Marylebone

I had just as much fun as all these little lovelies enjoying the fun-packed & colourful afternoon of activities to mark the launch of ‘Oomphalos’.
The concept: At its core, Oomphalos represents the importance of putting the “oomph” – the vitality and energy, the thing that makes it special – into a parent’s or carer’s connection with a child. Before a child is born, the umbilical cord served as his or her lifeline. The child’s omphalos – Greek for belly button – is a physical sign of this earliest connection.
Oomphalos offers a fantastic & diverse range of classes ranging from baby yoga to music to messy art!
Lisha, it’s founder put on an amazing launch party & I was thrilled be part of all the fun. Lisha I wish you every success with this fabulous venture, I know it’s been a raving success already & classes have had to double due to huge demand! Congratulations!

Beautiful South Africa

I am now back from my trip to South Africa (hence the gap in my blog) & although I am fortunate enough to travel a couple of times a year to this magnificent land, it’s breath taking beauty never ceases to bring a lump to my throat & warmth to my heart
Here are a couple of my favourite images…. I just love the saturated golden light that drenches the land first thing in the early morning & late afternoon
